libcss-parser0 software package provides simple CSS1 parser library for C, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcss-parser0
libcss-parser0 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcss-parser0 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcss-parser0 *
You will get with libcss-parser0 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
